Stephanie grew up right here in Raleigh, North Carolina before heading off to Winston-Salem to attend high school at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. At UNC School of the Arts, Stephanie studied ballet, dancing lead roles in ballet performances like the Nutcracker. Her favorite role to dance in the Nutcracker? “The Sugar Plum Fairy of course!”
In 2011, she moved to Richmond, Virginia to dance professionally in the Richmond Ballet company, completing her undergraduate degree at Thomas Edison State University at the same time. While in the Richmond Ballet, Stephanie had a blast performing at the Carpenter Center in downtown Richmond and also throughout Virginia, including Norfolk, Roanoke, and Jamestown. She dazzled in shows like Don Quixote, Coppelia, Swan Lake, and of course, The Nutcracker.
Stephanie moved back to Raleigh and joined the North Raleigh Perio staff in 2018. If you look for Stephanie during your visit with us, you might catch a glimpse of her whisking from room to room to make sure everything is running smoothly. When she is not assisting Dr. Singletary at North Raleigh Perio, you’ll find Stephanie studying for her x-ray certification or teaching ballet to local students. Stephanie’s boundless energy, efficiency, and hard work ethic make her a valuable team member here at North Raleigh Periodontics!
